I have been facilitating writing for wellness sessions with community groups for four years now. This is an intimate and safe space where groups work together, forming bonds and strengthening social cohesion through a shared writing experience.
I can offer face to face delivery with limited cohorts (with location risk assessment and covid restrictions in place), Zoom or Teams sessions and/or a blended approach.
